United American has made it easy to find the answers to policyholder questions -- online with UA eServiceCenter. Now policyholders can access complete policy information in the privacy of the home 24-hours a day. Some features include:

> Enroll in "Automatic" Bank Draft Services

MedicalUA.com: For Medical Providers
United American Insurance Company has created a website for hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other providers. Our website "MedicalUA.com" will verify coverage and detail claims status for UA Medicare Supplement policyholders and will answer more than 90% of the questions asked by providers. With MedicalUA.com, providers can:
> Verify Coverage: Find out if the policy is active and read a brief description of the coverage.
> Check Claims Status: Determine all you need to know about a specific claim including: the amount paid, to whom it was paid and when, whether the check has cleared the bank and when, or the reason the claim was not paid. Providers will also be advised when the claim has not been received by United American.
> Contact Customer Service: For even more convenience, providers can use MedicalUA.com to contact one of our Medicare Supplement customer service specialists via e-mail.
